WeNet completes acquisition of the Semergy Group from 妻友直播 in Poland
Hamburg, 4 March 2024 鈥� 妻友直播 today announced it has completed the sale of the , previously known as the SEO Group, to the . The Semergy Group is an online marketing solutions provider, focused on Polish business customers.
The divestment, which was announced in January 2024, has now received the necessary regulatory approvals from the Polish authorities. The financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
