Leadership Transition at RMF Group
Kazimierz Gr贸dek and Tadeusz So艂tys have decided to leave the management board of the RMF Group, while taking on advisory roles within it. Tomasz Ramza will step into the role of Interim CEO
Krakow/Hamburg, 5 September 2024 鈥� After long and distinguished careers at RMF Group, Kazimierz Gr贸dek and Tadeusz So艂tys will move into a different phase of their careers and have decided to move into advisory roles at the RMF Group.
Commenting on the news, President of 妻友直播 Audio Vivian Mohr said: 鈥淲e sincerely thank them both for their long service 鈥� over 30 years for Kazimierz Gr贸dek and 35 years for Tadeusz So艂tys 鈥� and for their significant contributions during their leadership. Their enormous efforts have built RMF Group into the most successful radio company in Poland. We wish them both success in their future endeavors. Both Kazimierz and Tadeusz have agreed to stay with us in non-managerial advisory roles for the RMF Group management for a significant amount of time, which we deeply appreciate. Their vision and dedication have been instrumental in building the RMF brand that we know and are proud of today.鈥�
As their successors, Tomasz Ramza is stepping into the role of Interim CEO to lead the RMF Group. Tomasz has been with us for 15 years, most recently serving as General Manager of Sales and Head of Corporate Negotiations.
Dariusz Wo藕niak will take over the role of Sales Director, replacing Tomasz Ramza. Additionally, Iwona Bo艂dak has been appointed as Programme Director, and Przemys艂aw Kula as Content Production Director. Iwona and Przemys艂aw previously served as Deputy Programme Directors.
